TLP is a 10-12 month group coaching program designed to accelerate your personal, relational, and professional growth through intensive regular gatherings with a cohort of 6-10 like-minded leaders. Brenda will leverage the power of group process to support each participant to apply the time-tested principles of John Townsend’s Competency + Character Leadership Model to meet their self-identified personal and professional ‘stretch’ goals. Each monthly meeting includes the essential components of check ins, teaching, group work, group process, homework, and 1-to-1 coaching sessions.
