TLP: Where Leaders Go to Grow
TLP is a 10-12 month group coaching program designed to accelerate your personal, relational, and professional growth through intensive 1-day-a-month gatherings with a cohort of 6-10 like-minded leaders. Your experienced TLP Director will leverage the power of group process to support each participant to apply the time-tested principles of John Townsend’s Competency + Character Leadership Model to meet their self-identified personal and professional ‘stretch’ goals. (Groups may be face-to-face or a hybrid of face-to-face and online. Check with your director about what is available at this time.)
Pillars of The TLP Experience:
Team Members
The heart of TLP is a group of individuals invested in their personal and professional growth. Your Director will gather team members from diverse settings and various fields. Possible candidates include CEOs, C Suite leaders, small business owners, managers, ministry leaders, and professionals looking to grow in their chosen fields.
